I run Lonchera Juquilita, a women-owned Mexican food truck that serves authentic Mexican street food rooted in Juquilita-style cooking to the local community. From my mobile kitchen, I bring real street food to your neighborhood. I craft everything by hand, from handmade tortillas to slow-cooked birria, using fresh ingredients daily. With four years of experience, I take pride in quality ingredients and genuine flavor. I have run Lonchera Juquilita for one year, and I am proud to serve my neighbors.

My menu features birria tacos, quesabirria tacos, and street tacos made fresh to order. I also make quesadillas, burritos, and tortas mexicanas to order. I make tortillas by hand daily and fill tortas with your choice of fillings. Oaxacan tlayudas round out my menu of authentic comida oaxaqueña and street-style Mexican food. I offer takeout food so you can enjoy my cooking wherever you go.
