Food was delicious! I got a birria burrito and I felt like the portions were amazing. Sometimes you get a burrito and it’s all rice and no meat but this had mostly birria! Flavors on point.

This is by far the best Mexican food truck I've ever visited. On a drive from Corvallis to Portland, stopped at the Chevron with my husband and he wanted to grab a bite. I am not a huge burrito person, but good Lord this one was made from the gods. The food is made fresh right in front of you, not pre-made/frozen or anything like that. My husband had steak tacos and a steak burrito and I got the chicken burrito. I couldn't finish half of it - the serving was so plentiful - so now I have lunch for today! The chicken was seasoned so amazing, I've never had anything like it. Not only should you "consider" stopping here - I'd make it a destination if you're in the area or stopping through. Oh - and they have a fried banana dessert plate too! The people working here were so kind, fast working and recommended the best options to us! Truly want everyone to experience the joy of this place!
